What types of tumblers do you use? Will it keep my coffee hot/drink cold?

I offer top quality, double-walled, vacuum insulated, stainless steel tumblers. Most cups come with a slide-close lid. BPA Free. Straws are optional and come complimentary with your order (if desired.) Replacements straws and lids can be purchased separately. 

Do the tumblers fit in all cup holders?

While the current collection of cups we offer fit most standard cup holders, tumblers will vary from car to car (think Mini Cooper versus a Suburban.)

Can I use my own tumbler to have personalized?

While I will customize your personal tumbler, it must be brand new/unused and I cannot guarantee the quality of the tumbler i.e. the seal may be broken, dents or other imperfections in the tumbler can result in a subpar product. You may provide your desired cup, but it must be brand new.

What is your turn around time?
Turnaround time varies and will be updated on the top banner of my website for the current estimate for details.

What cup styles do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of styles. Single color and ombre glitter, wood grain, glow-in-the-dark, marble swirl, distressed, holographic, mica powders and alcohol inks. More techniques are being added all the time!

How can I order?
You can view and order any of my custom designs available on my website at www.BlueSkyCustoms.com. Please note that the custom tumblers shown are custom made and all are made to order, unless otherwise noted that is is Ready To Ship. All incoming orders will be added to the schedule once the order is paid in full. Turnaround time varies and will be updated on my website for the current estimate for details.

Do you ship? Do you offer local pick-ups?

I do ship to the United States and Canada, and primarily use USPS Priority mail shipping with insurance and tracking included. Pick up is also available in the Denton, TX area. Use code LOCALPICKUP when checking out. I will contact you to verify a local pickup and arrange a pickup time once the tumbler is complete. For safety reasons, I currently do not offer meetups for order pickup.

Can you send me a picture how my custom tumbler will look?

Since every tumbler is a work of art for me, I cannot guarantee how any tumbler will look before beginning any project. However, I can provide one design mock-up once your order is purchased. I do not offer multiple mock-ups prior to purchase.

Why does it take so long for my tumbler to be shipped?

Every tumbler is custom made and made to order. Each tumbler gets individual attention so that we can ensure it is made with the utmost of care and attention to detail, and we will never let a tumbler leave our studio unless it is up to our standards of craftsmanship. Perfection takes time!

Do you have a list of glitter colors I can choose from?

No. We currently have over 150+ glitter options on hand and purchase new colors all the time. Because of the vast color options available, we will curate a selection of glitters for you to choose from one your order has been placed.

What kind of tumblers do you use?

We use currently use HOGG tumblers, purchased from Hogg Outfitters. We do offer name brand upgrades for an additional charge.

Are the tumblers dishwasher/microwave safe?

No. These tumblers are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. Extreme heat will soften the epoxy resin and make them sticky or tacky to the touch (and may or may not harden up again.) All tumblers should be hand washed only and towel/air dried. Please follow the care instructions that come with your tumbler.

Do you offer a bulk discount on bulk orders?

No. Since each cup is made by hand, and take the same amount of time to create, we do not currently offer bulk discounts at this time. There are occasional promotions we offer with discounts that can be applied to your order.

Is my tumbler sealed?

All tumblers are sealed in FDA compliant food safe epoxy to seal your design and give your tumbler glass-like high gloss finish. Please keep in mind that these tumblers are durable but not indestructible! Please refer to the tumbler care card that comes with every tumbler purchase.

Can I refund or exchange my tumbler?

No. Due to the custom nature of my business, I do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations. All sales are final.

My tumbler came to me damaged. What should I do? 

First, take a picture of the tumbler and the inner box and outer shipping box it came in showing where the damage is, and what part of the cup is damaged. Email your photos to erin@blueskycustoms.com. Pictures of the cup and original packing material is critical in order to file a claim with USPS for approval. Blue Sky Customs will start the claim for you. If your claim is approved, we will start on a replacement tumbler. You must send the original tumbler back to us to receive a new replacement cup. If you refuse to send the damage cup back to us, you will NOT get a replacement tumbler. You must write RETURN TO SENDER on the damaged tumbler box with all contents that came in the box and send it back before we move forward with making and shipping a replacement cup.

Oops! I dropped/damaged my cup. What do I do now?

These tumblers should be treated with care, but they are not indestructible. However, should you inadvertently damage your cup, you are responsible for your tumbler once it has been verified delivered. Blue Sky Customs is not responsible for any damage once your package has been shipped. If you damage your tumbler, you will have to purchase another one. I do not strip/remake damaged tumblers.
